|
- Guide or direct Production and other departments in policies and procedures to be adapted.
- Monitor all subordinate departments for their working and improve on things needing corrective action.
- Direct Production staff on pace and Quality of production and Monitoring the human and materials resources needed to sustain operations;
- Direct Production staff towards customer expectations;
- Resolve the production issues and adjusting schedules of production slots as needed;
- Communication of all airworthiness & manufacturing information between concerned departments and/or Employees.
- Disciplinary matters, identifying employee training needs and progressing their career development;

| Skills Required: |

Four year engineering degree recognized by HEC and PEC which can be Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Industrial Quality Engineering or Avionics Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or an engineering in the relevant field or an AME license.
Good observation skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and problem solving skills. Above all, should be Quick in Learning and implementing new ideas.
