Job Description: We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and experienced Trainees to work with the Managers and support the senior hierarchy in their absence. They should support the management in all aspects of the Manufacturing unit, managing from people to resources, delivering solutions and presentations. The ideal candidate should have: - Ability to Learn and understand new technologies, Ideas and procedures.
- A 'Can do' attitude
- Experience as a manager in a small unit of 10+ people
- Sound knowledge of basic Management practices
- Motivated by a passion to deliver quality
- the ability to work in a team
- Interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills
- Computer literacy
- Slight Financial and commercial acumen
