Planning· Submission of Paln on monthly basis for the completion of assignments. · The assignments would be completed within the planned time. In case of any unforeseen/emergencies the plan would be modified through sharing with organization and resubmitted for approval.
Reporting· Upon completion of the assignments proper report would be submitted to Information Officer through email, who will verify the completion of the assignment.
Certification· After completion and verification of assignment(s) a completion certificate would be issued by the Information Officer and be communicated to the officials concerned.
Requirements:i) It is obligatory to update/modify the organizations’ website during the month as and when required.ii) Develop new/modify existing software as required for office activities) The assignments given during the month must be completed as per the instructions provided by the office.iv) Upon completion of an assignment and satisfactory report and certification by Information Officer the agreed payment would be made.v) Ensure participation in office meetings as and when required.
Skills
Should have sound database designing and normalization concepts.
Web page designing / uploading of data/updating of website.

The Society for Community Support for Primary Education in Balochistan (SCSPEB) seeks to promote human development by utilizing community mobilization strategies to establish government-community partnerships.
