Job Description:

1- Conduct monitoring visits of all the projects working under the umbrella of SCSPEB according to the implementation plans (Monthly/quarterly/six-monthly and annually).

2- Develop monitoring indicators/mechanism and demonstrate them while monitoring visits in field.

3- Share the Monitoring indicators with the Project Officers and other sectional heads to help build their capacity on developed indicators so that to help enhance the qualitative monitoring at all levels.

4- Perform monitoring visits to the activities completed and relate them with their desired outcomes and objectives of the project

5- Highlight the gaps in the implementation process as defined in the project proposal.

6- Participate as a silent observer in the ongoing activities as defined in monthly work plans.

7- Explore the weak areas of planning/implementation to enhance the quality of the project.

8- Evaluate the outcomes of the activities according to the design of the project and match them with the objectives of the organization.

9- Evaluate the quality of implementation as per the due spirit of the project and desired in organizational objectives.

10- Maintain close coordination with Project Officer for the smooth processing of the monitoring and evaluation activities.

11- Develop annual/six monthly/ quarterly and monthly plans of monitoring and evaluation.

12- Develop monitoring reports of all visits and consolidated a monthly report.

13- Develop analytical reports.

14- Participate in workshops and seminars as advised by the Managing Director.

15- Analyze the performance of organization with the district, provincial and national scenario and highlight the organizational contribution towards it.

16- Explore the strengths of the organization and possible areas which may be considered/ proposed for the future planning.

17- Explore the phase of implementation whether it is according to the planning.

18- Develop close coordination with Information office to help maintain the data in qualitative way so that the data available can be used for evaluation of the project activities

19- Assist the organization in devising the Monitoring and Evaluation strategy for the project at all levels.
