Job Description:
  • Conduct community meetings, individually and in village level.
  • Identify appropriate local human resources in term of education committees/promotion sectors.
  • Maintain and up date all files for each cluster.
  • Motivate and mobilize communities for promotion of project activities.
  • Conduct awareness workshops, seminars, and trainings at district/tehsil/union council and cluster level for promotion of Education.
  • Provide up date information to all concern for the promotion of female education.
  • Conduct VEC/PTSMC, EC/Local bodies training individually and cluster base for the promotion of female education.
  • Ensure and build partnership between community, Government, donors and partners.
  • Conduct review with cluster based and government functionaries for better results.
  • Follow up visits to schools and committees for effective utilization of resources.
  • Built teamwork for the team spirit in field and office.

Plan/Assist:

  • Assist Project Officer in monthly, quarterly and annually implementation plans.
  • Coordination with other CBOs and NGOs working for the same cause.
  • Taking initiative t build capacity of imam, parents and CBOs for the monitoring/ evaluation and promotion of project objectives.
  • Coordination with line department to create support for schools.

Reporting/Documentation:

  • Documentation of monthly, quarterly and annually field reports.
  • Regular financial activity reporting of field expenses.
  • Regular reporting of school village based activities and case studies.
  • Submit all activities receipts in proper way as budget to Project officer.
  • Report for all information and activity to project officer.
  • Any other assignment given by your project officer or immediate supervisor.
