| Job Description: |
|
• Manage the rollout of each new system delivery project as it comes from Sales, including unique installation and configuration issues.
• Provide onsite training to new and upgrading customers.
• Provide onsite installations testing in order to assure faultlessness of all delivered features.
• Conduct User acceptance testing.
• Manage the configuration of each system as customer’s needs change.
• Anticipate and prevent applications and systems failures.
• Develop and master the knowledge of system and the database, and feedback improvements to product development.
• Prioritize and work with internal/external teams for the fixes/workarounds.
• Analyze frequent problems and report to development team.
• Maintain the Service level agreement (SLA).
• Continuously refine and promote Professional Services routines.

Bachelor's degree or similar in Computer Science and 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related technical area.
Good experience in Linux/Unix Operating System administration like configuration of mail systems, system installation and configuration, fundamentals of security and backup etc.
Experience with MySQL database, reports, backups and replication of databases. Knowledge of SQL queries optimization and indexes.
Experience in scripting in some administrative language (Perl, bash shell).
Experience with hardware and peripheral configuration.
TCP/IP knowledge, confident with networking, switches, routers and firewalls.
Individual having experience of singling protocols SS7 and SIGTRAN will be preferred
Good communication skills in English.
Java/Tomcat experience is a plus.
Knowledge of telecom network architecture.
Ability to travel to remote locations.
