The Ideal Candidate must be punctual and comfortable with performing on field duties and should be able to:
- Coordinate with the management to facilitate our cause.
- Research and Gather databases of the deserving borrowers.
- Compile the databases of the existing borrowers.
- Participate in various fund raising programs.
- Take initiatives for bringing in more fun
- Work closely as a team to obtain maximum results

- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter.
- Works under the general supervision of the Volunteer and Internship Coordinator
- Friendly and very outgoing
- Task-oriented
- Ability to manage individuals of all ages
- Ability to handle conflict and various personalities
