- Plan, configure, monitor, backup, secure and administer Oracle Databases.
- Perform database maintenance, upgrades and tuning.
- Perform user administration for system level users in Retail Management System (RetailPro).
- Database administration for SAP and Microsoft AX ERP.
- Resolve database related issues both internally and with principals (Oracle, Microsoft).
- Database architecture for large scale software deployments.
