Job Type : Three Years Renewable Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on all project activities, outputs and outcomes at relevant stages of the project life-cycle.
- Gather data through partner reports, field visits, other sources, to collate and analyze information in relation to outputs and outcome indicators as identified in Results Framework.
- Write up reports according to unit and projects requirements.
- Support staff across organization and other stakeholders on undertaking strong and participatory monitoring across project life cycle.
- Develop capacity building and development plans for Partner Organizations.
- Plan for regular opportunities to identify lessons learned and implications for project next steps as well as exit strategies.
- Guide the regular sharing of M&E findings with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for research and learning
- Undertake any other actions as assigned by supervisor.
Required Competencies and Skills
- knowledge of logical framework design
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report-writing, in English
