REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Telecom/Electrical Engineering recognized by PEC is a must. Additional higher qualification(s) will be preferred.
- Planning, development, costing and budgeting of Telecom Infrastructure Projects.
- Development of technical & performance specifications for telecom infrastructure projects.
- Planning/Implementation Experience in 2G, 3G, 4G, OFC, Microwave, VSAT and renewable energy power solutions
- Analysis and evaluation of projects and bids submitted by bidders.
- Proficient in telecom access, core and backhaul technologies.
- Technical Report writing and project presentations.
- Understanding and working experience of GIS
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the above subjects in large private or public organization(s) in similar position(s).
- Minimum 05 years of experience in management position.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Plan and develop telecom infrastructure projects to achieve Company Policy Targets. Prepare project technical specifications along with costing and budgeting, in line with Company Rules/Policy and Board/Management Directives.
- Analyze and evaluate project initiatives and Bids of operators or third parties.
- Reporting evaluated bids, conclusions, recommendations etc. Preparation of working papers and case presentations for the Board of Directors.
- Project presentation to Board for project approval.
- Project documentation and handing over to implementation department.
