The Senior Program Officer shall be responsible for;

· Work closely with implementing partners to provide direct guidance on program implementations strategy, planning and monitoring of integrated project of WASH, Shelter, Food Security and Livelihood;

· Ensure that the project is implemented in compliance with the project implementation strategy, organization policies, donor rules and regulations, and the laws of Pakistan;

· In collaboration with the senior management, implementing partner and stakeholders, determine the strategic direction of the project in short, medium and long-term;

· Orientate, mentor and provide on job training for program staff and implementing partners;

· Collaborate effectively with other project managers/ technical team leaders and involve them in project planning and direction;

· Work closely with Project manager and implementing partners and undertake regular analysis of the field activities to ensure time, cost, scope and quality of the project;

· Proper analysis, evaluation and updating 4W matrices as per donor/cluster requirements;

· Closely monitor the implementing partners to ensure all documentations are completed according to organization standard;

· To prepare quarterly and project completion report for donors and prepare situation reports and weekly project progress reports for organization;

· Liaise and build relationships with local communities, Government authorities, Clusters, Donor and other organizations;

· Consultation and follow up with logistics, finance and database sections for project activities and deliveries planning and execution as per project plans;

· Support to senior team in program development;

Representation

· Will represent organization externally

· Collaborating and coordinating with the government, NGOs, and UN agencies on different H issues at district/agency level with your supervisor

· Participating in district and provincial level humanitarian/recovery coordination meetings

· Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have information about the organization’s background, program, objectives, working areas, duration of programs and activities in the field

· Promoting and reinforcing relationships with district and provincial technical authorities

· Ensuring correct MOUs are in place with relevant district/province stakeholders.

Skills

- Good Team Management skills is required.
- Having technical knowledge of WASH, Livelihood & Food Security components.
- Having good communication, computer and report writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations.
- Ability to adapt within the working environment.
- Familiar with local culture/sensitivity
