Bachelor's degree in English, Business Communications, Journalism,
Marketing, or similar education.
--Strong communications skills (verbal and written- English), organizational skills, and ability to maintain working files and revisions of documents.
--Proficiency with Microsoft Word,
Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
--Ability to translate complicated ideas into language easily understood by others.
--Ability to handle and use constructive feedback in order to make needed changes to documents and proposals.
--Possess the ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and produce quality deliverables.
--Sharp attention to detail.
--Two to four years of writing and editing experience, with some experience having taken place in a Software development organization.
--Knowledge of online procurement tools for proposal submittals.
