Were are one of the leading web hosting and security solution providers in the world. We're looking for a multi-talented and driven Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer you will be a critical part of the team and build intuitive, simple and amazing interfaces for our clients. You will create and implement key UI/UX designs for web, mobile and print for many projects across many clients. You will collaborate with product stakeholders to define and design new products, features and campaigns. You will take ownership of the user experience and designing the interfaces. You'll have a tremendous degree of creative control and freedom as well as the opportunity to learn new skills.
We need someone who:
- Has a mastery of UX and design tools (e.g: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, UXPin, Balsalmiq etc) and can rapidly create user interfaces.
- Has a strong understanding of grid systems, composition, website layouts, color theory, typography and an obsessive attention to detail.
- Has strong conceptual, visual, problem solving and analytical skills in order to think through multi-step design flow from start to finish.
- Is a forward thinker and has a disgustingly large hunger to learn new techniques and technologies.
- Has an artistic eye, can run with design examples and knows all the web design best practices.
- Can communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Has previous QA experience and can work directly with product stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of your designs.
Some pluses:
- Has a strong understand of semantics, web standards and micro formats.
- You can also done non-web design and graphics. i.e: Print ads, email newsletters, banners, stationary etc.
- You also enjoy HTML/CSS/Javascript and can turn your designs into working prototypes.
Some of the typical things you'd be doing as part of the team:
- Creating user interaction flow charts, wireframes and polished web/mobile/responsive mockups.
- Wireframe completely new features and functionality which you'll then turn into polished mockups.
- Creating new marketing banners, slides and icons as well as both online and print ad graphics.
- Crafting infographics from scratch based on available data points
- Collaborating on the best implementation of web design elements so that it's as intuitive and simple for our clients as possible.
- Testing new designs in various browsers on multiple platforms.
- Offer multiple design options, collect input from different business stakeholders, and quickly turn around new design variations.

Qualification:
- Formal design academic background plus at least two years of experience working on branding, web and print projects.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be able to articulate and substantiate design concepts to the team including being comfortable with taking feedback and collaborating on design ideas.
Further qualifications include:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Fully acquainted with Google Apps (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides)
- Experience in Print design
- Experience in Infographics
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Experience in WordPress
