SevenCentric is looking for an Adminitrator to plan, direct & coordinate the clerical & organizational tasks (Finance, HR & Day-to-Day Admin tasks) of company to ensure continuous business success & growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data entry, accounts payable, payroll, grant report entry, managing the organizations HR, helping and creating organizational and program budgets and other misc. tasks.
  • Researching and troubleshooting problems within the area of expertise, Communicate information to the departments filtered for management & Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.
  • Documenting process flows and creating procedure manuals for the functions performed.
  • Processing, controlling, confirming and settling the firm's transactions to a high quality standard.
  • Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation.
  • Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Manage the administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. The tasks are categorized into communication, coordination, daily administration and planning.
  • Handling & Organizing data on an online employee attendance system
Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Any prior experience with MAC OSX's productivity Apps are a big plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Proficient in creating and managing complete documentation plan.
  • Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail and computer / technology aptitude.
  • Ability to deliver accurate and effective content in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • A commitment to quality, customer service, and teamwork
  • Flexibility to work on multiple assignments at once and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation.
