ONLY CANDIDATES FROM LAHORE SHALL APPLY 'SGC' a leading company in Outdoor and Instore Media Solutions is looking for an 'Accounts Officer' to be placed at its Head Office in Lahore. The incumbent shall be young,energetic, and posses excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.The job responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintain ledger of all branches manually and also on excel sheets on daily basis.
- Posting of received cheques and cash on daily basis as well as ensure the posting of online deposit slips.
- Deduct all the payments received of every client against their outstanding balances on daily basis.
- Daily deposit in Bank all the cheques received against credit.
- Daily Record Dishonored Cheques and ensure timely collection and prepare receipts of recovery.
- Tally every client record of its outstanding balance with the ledgers maintained in every branch and after that to every client its record of total amount payable.
- Posting accounting entries relating to assigned division on accounting software on daily basis.
- Reconciliation of ledger accounts with customers ledgers time to time.
- Maintenance & Collection of Withholding Tax Certificates against deduction made by customers.
- Submit the detail along with challans of Withholding Tax deducted by customers and withheld on utility bills on Quarterly basis to Head of Accounts.
- Daily maintain the stock ledger by deducting sold stock from total stock available.
- Any other task related to accounts assigned by Head Accounts/Seniors.
