| Job Description: |
|
- Visit printers, to achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely recoveries of sales by working on recoveries directly through phone calls and visits.
- Find new printers, and persuade them to use SGC material.
- Contact old customers who have stopped buying from us, build strong relations with them so that they can get persuaded to be customers again.
- Keep an eye on competitor activities and inform the senior about it.
- Prepare weekly visit, sales and market intelligence report and submit to senior.
- Behave in a courteous manner with the clients and maintain good working relationships.
- At the spot resolve the complaints of clients or inform senior about the complaints beyond his scope.
- Accompany new hires as trainee for job orientation and on the job coaching respectively.
- Maintain discipline among various members of team.
- Recommend and develop improved procedures & systems of work.
- Allow leaves / short leaves to immediate subordinates within the HR policy parameters and submit the leave records to In-Charge HR on Monthly Basis.
- Ensure that appropriate stocks are present in the warehouse and perform occasional surprise stock taking.
- Review Multan office targets & budget performance.
- Responsible for smooth administration of office.
- Other Task related to consumer sales assigned by seniors.
