Social Compliance / Quality Management System
- Conduct risk assessment audit and develop corrective action plan
- The monitoring of health and safety issues and auditing of performance
- Produce an assessment plan
- Develop and Implement Occupational Health & Safety Management Policies and Procedures
- Conducting Employee training related to Health & safety, First Aid, Fire Fighting
- Design and update Emergency Evacuation Plan of all department
- After taking safety precaution, issue work permit for Mechanical, Electrical and Civil work.
- Involve in successfully certification of ISO 9001:2008, SA-8000:2008, WRAP
- To act as Management Representative and Company Representative
- As per law advise to management for implementing new policies and procedures.
- Review and implementation of social compliance issues regarding Child Labor, Forced Labor, Working Hours, Health and Safety, Working Environment, Disciplinary Practices, etc.
- Implement Code of Conducts of different buyers.
- Schedule Internal Audit Plans
- Conduct Internal Quality Audits (ISO 9001:2008).
- Develop and implement WRAP Policies & Procedures.
- Develop and implement SA-8000 Policies & Procedures.
- Develop and implement ISO 9001:2008 Procedures
- Environment Management.
- Ensure effective implementation of aisle in all working areas
- Responsible for monitoring and taking corrective action against violations.
