Social Compliance / Quality Management System

  • Conduct risk assessment audit and develop corrective action plan
  • The monitoring of health and safety issues and auditing of performance
  • Produce an assessment plan
  • Develop and Implement Occupational Health & Safety Management Policies and Procedures
  • Conducting Employee training related to Health & safety, First Aid, Fire Fighting
  • Design and update Emergency Evacuation Plan of all department
  • After taking safety precaution, issue work permit for Mechanical, Electrical and Civil work.
  • Involve in successfully certification of ISO 9001:2008, SA-8000:2008, WRAP
  • To act as Management Representative and Company Representative
  • As per law advise to management for implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Review and implementation of social compliance issues regarding Child Labor, Forced Labor, Working Hours, Health and Safety, Working Environment, Disciplinary Practices, etc.
  • Implement Code of Conducts of different buyers.
  • Schedule Internal Audit Plans
  • Conduct Internal Quality Audits (ISO 9001:2008).
  • Develop and implement WRAP Policies & Procedures.
  • Develop and implement SA-8000 Policies & Procedures.
  • Develop and implement ISO 9001:2008 Procedures
  • Environment Management.
  • Ensure effective implementation of aisle in all working areas
  • Responsible for monitoring and taking corrective action against violations.
