Job Description:

1. To compile data for converting data into relevant and meaningful information for key organizational planning and decision making.

2. Analytically interpret the figures and findings in form of presentation and data for top management review.

3. To participate in all key business review meetings with Production and Sales & Marketing Department.

4. To maintain extensive coordination and strong follow-ups with concerned Departmental heads on continual basis for gathering meaningful information.

5. In coordination with HOF's & HOD’s communicate timely requirements and convert decisions into plans and follow-up on its implementations with the senior management and or external representatives.

6. To assist in the process of preparing presentation on behalf of Top Management for Board of Directors and Group’s top level management meetings.

7. To assist in preparing product forecasts, constantly monitor inventory levels held at warehouses and liaison with production to ensure supply timelines.

8. To contribute in managing the life cycle of the product line for tactical activities.

9. To conduct and present competitive analysis for launching market plan.

10. To translate market requirements and product road maps into specific product specification and implementation plans.

11. To manage multiple products’ project plans for ensuring that product meets business needs and expectations within the designated time frame.

12. To manage the process of market intelligence for better future business forecasting.

 
Skills Required:
 
7. Know how of MS Project would be definite plus., 6. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Especially in Po, 5. Strong analytical skills to analyze & interpret, 4. Strong Business Communication & Presentation Sk, 3. Excellent interpersonal skills., 2. Should be a self starter.
