Identify all the Complaints, Queries, Concerns and Problems of customers.
- Communicate all Complaints, Queries, Concerns and Problems to the concerned individuals and play a vital role to rectify all problems within a specified time line
- When a customers complaint is unresolved, keep the customer informed. Call customer before they call you even if there is nothing to report, giving them an update on the status of the complaint.
- Follow up with customer to check their satisfaction level, especially when a customer is new to the company. Ask customers questions. Dont assume that they are happy with the quality and service
- To make sure that all services are rendered with in bench-marked time.
