· Coordinates and plans the warehouse storage and distribution of the products and materials to the respective destinations. · Manages supply chain activities for all finished product, inventory and lean processes at Lahore Godown. · Process Dealer sales orders and coordinating with various departments to ensure they are delivered on time. · Accountable for timely delivery of materials and services to support the demand plan at the regional level. · Determines what materials need to be delivered and when in order to achieve desired customer service levels, while minimizing inventory investment and total supply chain costs. · Builds and maintains strong relationships throughout the supply chain from suppliers to Dealers & customers to negotiate implement and maintain supply contracts when deemed necessary. · Coordinate the activities of department personnel to provide uninterrupted flow of material from receiving to inventory, to fulfillment, to shipping.
