- Regulate the purchase procedures according to policies of the company.
- Continuously improve purchasing methods and drive down external cost.
- Responsible for purchasing all civil material, electrical and sanitary for all sites in Rawalpindi & Abbotabad as per demand after approval.
- Prepare Purchase orders including payment terms with vendors.
- Ensure that the pre-procurement planning is carefully exercised to avoid over/under procurement and misuse of priorities leading to the wastage of resources.
- Maintain a list of approved suppliers and contractors and select Vendors and contractors on the basis of their capacity.
- Supervise the work of purchasers in Rawalpindi & Abbotabad & monitor closely about their purchases against approved demand (Quantity, Quality, and Rate).
- Responsible to collect material invoices against credit and cash purchase and forward to accounts department for booking into their respective account. Support to accounts department in reconciling ledgers with vendors and settle discrepancies regarding quantity and rates.
- Review invoices, work orders, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods to issue work assignments.
- Responsible for GRN,SIN,OGP provide to the accounts.
- Market visit for prices analysis / evaluation of material for major projects.
- Assist BID team for quoting the prices.
- Review and approval of Monthly procurement reports.
- Visit to all sites of Rawalpindi and monitor the Store of every project.
- Streamline and link stores procedures with Procurement.

• Strong follow-ups and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite especially in MS Excel & Power Point. • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
