General Summary: Manages sales of the company products and services within a defined geographic area. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, deployment and management of sale personnel. Identifie objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborates with line manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goal for sales team.
  • Manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Establishe and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:

  • Perform sale activities on all major accounts and negotiate sale price and discounts in consultation with line manager.
  • Collaborates with line manager to develop sale strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Manage & monitor sales personnel performance and motivate them to achieve sales objectives.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Follow all sales policies, practices and procedures.
  • Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
  • Interpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
  • Regular meeting with sales staff.
  • Training of sales staff.
  • Allocating areas to sales staff.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
