Responsible for Human Resources, Labor Attendance, Registrations in Government Departments, Record Keeping, Security of the factory, Store Department, Raw Material Management, Vehicles Management, Electrical & Maintenance Department, and reporting the head office on a regular basis. Directly responsible for a staff of almost 18-50 people.
Job Specification: Great Organizational, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills. Computer Skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential to create reports and use ERP Softwares. Must have a hands-on attitude towards handling and improving the factory systems. At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity at a leading manufacturing company.
