1. To establish an effective communication system and good relationship between the field office, head office and all stakeholders.
2. To coordinate and write reports.
3. To assist in project evaluation and monitoring processes.
4. To liaise with the Head office and stakeholders on all project related matters.
5. To participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as- builts documents.
6. To prepare field change requests to resolve execution issues.
7. To conduct quality control activities in accordance with instructions, inspection programs using specified control measuring and testing equipment.
8. To provide technology solution and their implantation.
9. To participate in strategic organizational development activities.
10. To identify problems and offering solutions.
