• Configure the application based on implementation plan.
  • Ensure delivery according to project timelines in coordination with Users, and MIS stakeholders.
  • Responsible for providing Line Manager and/or user with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memo’s, etc.
  • Provide meetings and conference calls to orientate a new user, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with users about concerns.
  • Close Liaison with Users, System Analyst, QC and developers to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying users’ needs and follow-up activities.
  • Responsible for managing user expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, users responsiveness, and thorough communication.
  • Responsible for detecting potential issues and implement solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact business operations and inform management of any delays.
  • Establish all technical project requirements and maintain effective professional relationships with all users and organize all project materials.
  • Assist in achieving project goals.
  • Create new deliverables/best practices for implementation of services to enhance efficiency.
  • Must be able to create new deliverables or follow standards of deliverables already in place.
  • Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests on process with help of test cases in coordination with QC
  • Responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for all ongoing business and transitioning the project to the Support team.

 Experience:

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & MS Project) experience will be preferred.
  • Working experience in Healthcare facility will be preferred.
  • Teaching experience in IT Department will be preferred.
