Requirements/Skills:
- 2+ years of rapid web development, using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, MySQL preferred.
- Candidates should have proven PHP experience as well as a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming.
- Ability to integrate payment processors into a website. (Credit cards/Online Web Money etc.)
- Payment API integration experience preferred.
- Advance knowledge of building content Management systems, either from your own design or from frameworks such as Code Igniter, Magento, Wordpress, Joomla preferred.
- A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
- Understanding the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO are a plus.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets.
- Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, and documentation utilizing PHP, SQL, Code igniter, and WordPress.
- Responsible for architectural design of the entire project with both front and back end development using PHP frameworks.
- Design, develop and implement unit tests for a PHP web application.
- Investigate and analyse reported defects in a timely manner, and recommend solutions to these problems including code changes, data updates, or configuration modifications.
Probationary Period:
- You’ll be required to complete the mandatory probationary period of a minimum 2 months. The probationary period will be solely to examine the capabilities of the individual who is hired.
- During the time of probation, you’ll be entitled to 60% of the total salary promised.
- Once the probation period is completed, you’ll be receiving the maximum salary granted by the company plus any additional benefits provided as per the policy.
Hours and Environment:
- 40 hours a week, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines, which could include evenings and weekends. (For Ramzan the total number of hours are reduced to 30).
- It is possible to be self-employed and work from home. Part-time and flexible hours may be available.
- It is usual to work in an open-plan office environment. A limited amount of travelling may be required.
Location:
This position is a full-time position based out of our office at Barki Road, Lahore.
Compensation and Salary:
Your compensation for this position will consist of a competitive salary (PKR 40,000 to PKR 50,000) and participation in company provided benefits.
