SQA Engineer with Accounting Application Testing Experience
Responsibilities
- Work with software developers , business analysts and support throughout product lifecycle to ensure quality
- Develop and implement test plans/use cases
- Experience working in a production support environment
- Know the process of how to handle a Production incident request
- Experience in performing Functional, Regression, Smoke,UAT and performance testing
- Work with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis
Required Skills:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science
- 1-2 years working experience in Quality Assurance
- Hands on experience with Relational DBs
- Experience with testing Java based products
- Understanding of the entire software product lifecycle: Development, QA and Release management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good To Have :
- Prior experience with testing ERP, CRM applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of any versioning systems
- Hands on experience Java application server Tomcat, Jboss is a definite plus.
