We are hiring Admin / Office Assistants
Details:
Responsibilities: Internet Research, Google Search, Data entry, Email Handling and Lead Generation from LinkedIn etc.
Job Qualifications:
BA/BSC/BCOM/BBA higher will be preferred.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive information. NDA will be required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Skype, Internet, Gmail, Dropbox and google sheets.
Require strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required. We will ask you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon hiring.
Office timing: 8 am to 5 pm
Probation: 03 months probation period
Starting salary will be ranged from 15K to 20K (Depending on expertise level)
Typing Speed: at least 30 wpm
Male candidates having their own bike will be given preference to meet the Office timing requirement.
Candidates living near Gulrez Housing, Rawalpindi will be preferred.
