This position is responsible for providing human resources support, but is not limited to the following functional areas: Recruiting, HR Administration and Compliance support (employee relations, benefits, reporting) and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Recruiting:

•Coordinates the recruiting process (schedule interviews, administer pre-employment testing, letters, job postings, etc.) to present qualified applicants to managers/supervisors for consideration and coordinates the use of employees.

•Prepares correspondence to include offer letters, interview schedules, and recruiting forms/requests.

•Coordinates and conducts new-employee orientations to include the processing of pre-employment screenings and general personnel forms and benefits scheduling and administration.

Office Administration

•Assists with maintenance of company organization charts and the employee directory.

•Participates in the organization of firm functions (open enrollment, staff appreciation, benefits fair, etc.)

•Partners with the Project manager, to provide guidance and support to the management staff in the areas of office administration and employee issues.

•Assists with the day-to-day operations by providing administrative support to include the scheduling and coordination of meetings and visitors etc.

•Processes and distributes incoming mail to include scanning and emailing invoices and maintains office postage.

•Performs other assigned duties as required.

Qualification & Summary of Experience:

•Masters in HR or relevant with Bachelor's degree.

•2 years experience in human resources-related field preferred.

•2 years experience in office/admin assistant.

•Experience handling with confidential, sensitive employee relations matters, recruiting, staffing, policy, procedure, and process development.

•Strong organizational policy administration and customer service skills necessary.

•Effective verbal and written communications skills a must.

•Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
