|
- Provides product training either by GotoMeeting, GotoWebinar or over the phone to new SNL users.
- Establishes and maintains relationship with clients touching base frequently,monitoring product usage, and providing updates to make sure product usage remains high.
- Negotiates client renewals to ensure continued relationship while maintaining profitability.
- Identifies new sales and add-ons by learning what the clients do and how they use the product.
- Works closely with various SNL departments to resolve client issues.
