Job Profile Summary:
Make accounting entries in Great Plains, handle petty cash, prepare Cheques for payment, and other banking activities. Going to various Government offices for submission of documents. Responsible for all accounts payable functions for SNL Financial, including the timely processing and payment of vendor invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statement
- Manages SNL’s Accounts Payable function to include management of vendors, invoices and payments and monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable
- Maintains petty cash and preparation of vouchers.
- Complete accounting entries in Great Plains in a timely manner
- Proper filing of all documents including Invoice, Govt Notices and Statutory Returns
- Completes other assignments and projects as assigned.
Must have:
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent knowledge of local Tax Laws
- Prior experience on Accounting Software
- Flexiblility
