PRINCIPAL DUTIES: o Provide the highest level of support to SNL’s executive team for the following administrative tasks: · Meeting scheduling on behalf of the executive or delegate · Personal calendar management · Expense report preparation · Tracking executive approvals mailbox · Travel arrangements · Offsite team meeting coordination · Updates to duties for new employees · Completes other projects and tasks as assigned o Clearly communicates with, collects information from and notifies executives via telephone calls and/or e-mail o Provides predictive caution to executives and the manager if support tasks will not be completed in timely matter o Provides proactive services, on-call and weekend support and technical assistance to executives as needed o Creates and updates procedure documentation as needed o Suggests potential system and/or process improvements |
