Position Summary: Support all HR-delivered educational initiatives. Prepare new hires entering the training program for analyst positions within the product operations and content departments. Deliver training on SNL products, internal applications and data collection processes. Provide excellent customer service, both internal (new employees, managers) and external (community/campus outreach, vendors). Principal Duties: o Collaborate with SNL�s training community � Analyst Training and Learning & Development � and department managers in the development and implementation of curricula and materials for new employee training programs and quarterly knowledge-building workshops.
o Manage the analysts in training and facilitate the matching of analyst strengths with departmental needs.
o Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation, product training, new manager orientaion and other educational offerings as necessary. Help to ensure a smooth introduction to SNL for new employees.
o Maintain an on-going SNL knowledge base (procedures, data sets, enhancements, technologies, etc), and ensure integration into the programs.
o Evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of each training program upon completion, solicit feedback from participants, and work with training community to implement necessary changes to the program format and materials, ensuring the continued success of the program and the participants.
o Provide support to other HR functions as needed. |
