Job Description:
As a Web Designer, you will be required to support and maintain all online platforms which SNL supports including snl.com, snlcenter.com, IRWeblink, etc. You will be required to liaise with Project Management, Marketing and other departments within SNL on any design needs including but not limited to marketing promotions, trial forms, advertising and style guides.
What does this exactly mean?
- You will be required to research and recommend web development options.
- You will update and maintain the web presence of the company.
- You would visualize the design of web site and turn the concept into reality.
- You will be required to troubleshoot problems or bugs encountered on the website and/or servers.
- You will be expected to create HTML marketing and other supporting sites on-demand for various departments and affiliates.
- Take existing content of web sites and code it to be consistent with requirements of the World Wide Web (WWW).
- You will be required to write scripts and programs to enhance the content with search engines, animation, forms, or graphics.
- You will work closely with department representatives to coordinate input to assigned websites.

- You have demonstrated experience in .NET framework, ASP &/or ASP.NET, & XSL.
- You are proficient with HTML, XSLT,CSS JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets and related technologies.
- You have practical experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Visual Source Safe & Microsoft Office.
