POSITION SUMMARY:

Snow Leopard Foundation - Pakistan is a registered non-profit organization based in Islamabad whose mission is to save the endangered snow leopard and its mountain ecosystem. SLF-P conducts important research, education and community conservation programs in all key snow leopard habitats across Pakistan. Our growing team needs a person to meet and work with SLF Head Office team in Islamabad as a Front Desk Officer.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a primary receptionist (answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing, and assisting visitors)
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Compose letters and bills (weekly/monthly) independently for under instructions of senior management.
  • Assisting with clerical/bookkeeping duties.
  • Maintaining office records, including records of all office expenses, inventory, and Monthly purchase.
  • Stocking and distributing office supplies. ( stationary, kitchen accessories)
  • Manage inquiries and record the requests in given forms.
  • Manage daily inquiry sheets in given forms/formats and soft wares.

Skills Required:

The candidate should have superior organizational skills, self-motivated, oriented, and energetic. Must be a team player and have outstanding writing and data entry skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple queries at a time, are essential.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet.
