We are looking Customer Service Executive Internee. Coordinating within Departments like Customer Services, Operations, Administration etc The candidate must be hardworking and dedicated to task having creativity and take initiative. - Ensure the Smooth / Effective customer handling.
- To constantly look for innovative ways of improving the sales and customer service.
- Answers inquiries regarding sales.
- Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Basic understanding of technology or equivalent.
- Must be Committed regarding the work.
- Must have quality to gain the work load.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise customers accordingly
