| Job Description: |
|
- Analise software requirements to prepare test plan and write detailed test cases.
- Execute test cases and report results.
- Prioritize defects based on severity and usefulness.
- Track outstanding issues to ensure that software deliveries are free of defects.
- Conduct load testing.
- Perform regression testing with every release.
- Lead and control the activities of junior QA engineers.
Practical knowledge of automated testing tools and techniques is a definite plus.

-Working understanding of CMMI and ISO standards
- Strong conceptual knowledge regarding SDLC, software quality assurance methodologies and practices.
- Strong knowledge of testing tweaks, bug tracking process and release planning.
- Good written and oral communications skills

- Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently.
