Softech Worldwide (Microsoft Gold Certified & Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Managed Partner) is looking for Deployment and Configuration Manager who will be responsible to manage whole deployment process of enterprise software application with coordination of CTO, Software Architect, Network Department and software Development Team. Responsibilities: 1. Manage source of multiple enterprise application at a time, work on branching, merging, labeling and security management on a source control tool TFS. 2. Manage deployment process in software development life cycle as well as work to manage different server environments, which are using in this process like Development, Testing, Staging and Production. 3. Trouble shooting of hardware and software 4. Manage all servers (web, database, content etc.) that are part of deployment environment. 5. Monitor health and security of all servers involved in deployment process and coordinate to network department to maintain them. 6. Software versioning and builds management and documentation. 7. Maintain proper documentation (Installation and configuration guide and documentation) related to software deployment. 8. Coordinate to software developers and network department to resolve configuration issues on deployment servers. Required (Skills/Abilities/Characteristics): 1. Aware of application development and deployment life cycle process as well as have experienced to manage different server environments, which are using in this process like Development, Testing, Staging and Production. 2. Experience in Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2 3. Experienced on software packaging and deployment management. 4. Experienced on TFS administration and management. 5. Experienced on SQL Server 2005 / 2008 R2 management and scripting. 6. SharePoint Administration 7. LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet switching 8. Knowledge of the underlying functions of network Protocols/applications 9. Good Analytical and Creative thinking skills 10. Good Interpersonal and Motivational skills 11. Experienced in coordination and team work 12. Experience in IIS 6/ IIS 7/ IIS 7.5. 13. Worked on VBS VB scripting
