Softech Worldwide, a Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft Managed High Potential Independent Software Vendor, is looking for Graphics and Web designer to work with our Marketing & Software Development Team in Karachi.
As a Graphics/Web Designer you’ll be responsible to work with Marketing team creating artwork, updating/maintaining company’s website, create & publish marketing collateral, including presentations as well as work with Development team in creating screen designs/mockups for any functionalities both for Web and Mobile app. A challenging job that requires to work on multiple fronts, providing exposure in both Marketing and Development.
Job Description:
- Produce a wide variety of graphic materials or assist in producing artifacts that include graphics work, spanning from Brochures, Data sheets, Ads, direct mail, PowerPoint presentations and other collateral materials
- Maintain and upgrade company's website and/or develop and assist in developing any art work required
- Setup and brand Customer's websites on company's provided video portal system to match their corporate theme
- Work with development team creating screen designs/mockups of new functionalities and leading UI/UX improvement in already built application
- Oversee and coordinate the entire print production process to final print including print specifications, cost, selection of appropriate production media and materials such as ink and paper, inspection of proofs for accuracy, and adherence to appropriate production standards
- Adhere to and maintain Marketing Department graphic standards and processes
- Exhibit knowledge in creative marketing, advertising and technology trends
- Participates in designing and/or production planning/brainstorming group sessions and meetings
- Communication with Team Members
Skills Required
- Should be able to take full ownership
- Fluent in English writing and proof reading
- Creative designing skills for designing brochures, websites, email and other marketing collateral
- Have designed User Interface of web or mobile applications
- Good understanding of modern UI principles both for print and electronic
Preferred Skills:
- Working Experience with wordpress or any other CMS
- Working experience with Graphic designing tool as well as HTML5,CSS
- Working experience with Responsive sites.
