Job responsibilities include: Promote company, products and its services by writing about them on websites Keep company, products and services websites up to date with proper information Design and write product brochures, data sheets, white papers, case studies, quick help, and other forms of marketing and promotional material Work with technical team and create diagrams, illustrations, and content (with the help of graphics team) that can help communicate message to sales team and customers Use social media to promote company, products and services, including Twitter, Linked in, Facebook etc. Send out newsletters and press releases to customers, partners etc. Bridge gap between technical and the sales team by writing about companys strength, product features, USPs etc. in business language Provide Suggestions to development team based on the feedback from customer/sales team Skills: - Good Verbal and Written communication
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Candidate must be proficient in technology
- Experienced in coordination and team work
- Candidate must be willing to work in accordance to US Timezone (US EST).
- Good Interpersonal and Motivational skills
- Candidate must be tech savvy and should have the ability to quickly learn different software
- Complete command on MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Past experience in similar field
