Softech Worldwide (Microsoft Gold Certified & Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Managed Partner) is looking for Software Engineers Who will be responsible for converting project specifications and statements of problems and procedures into computer language. He develops writes the source code, plans and conducts unit testing. Key Responsibilities: Develop software, write code and do low level analysis of the module given to them. Perform unit testing of the source code produced Deliver unit tested software To understand the requirements fully before converting it to source code. Fix errors generated after bugs raised and issued Communicate with System Architecture and Tech Lead in designing the system Specification: Can write and Passionate about well-structured programs Passionate to work in .NET 3.5, WCF, WF, Silverlight, SharePoint Very strong concepts of OOP, Analysis, Design, Databases, Data structures. Any programming background and willing to work on .Net Platform. Ability to Develop Applications and Databases (triggers, SPs, etc.) Can write GOOD (valid and efficient) programs. Can understand and communicate in business/layman terms. Good Analytical and Creative thinking skills Good Interpersonal and Motivational skills Experienced in coordination and team work
