Job Description · Reports and accountable to the CEO. · BDO will be responsible to achieve his/her core objectives through the key performance indicator (KPI) such as Strategic Selling, Order and Revenue Intake, Bids and Tenders, Company Products and Services, Reporting/CRM and Personal Development in all dimension as mentioned below. · He/ she will follow a strategic sales approach towards the Key Accounts. · The BDO will prepare and implement a Strategic Sales Plan for each Customer. · He/she will be responsible to propose Order and Revenue targets for the Key Accounts. After agreement with the business, these will become the BDO's Order and Revenue intake KPIs. · Will be responsible to lead the preparation of Bids and Tenders for the Key Accounts. · The BDO will follow the Bid Review procedures. Company will expect the BDM to be fully aware of ALL the details/ aspects of a Bid or Tender preparation/submission including Technical, Commercial, Operations, prepare the regular reports and CRM updates for the Key · The BDO will identify, and propose mitigation of, all risks associated with the Bid or Tender. · The BDO will ensure that he develop a comprehensive knowledge of all company products and Services. The BDO will be able to explain and present all the Features, Benefits and Financial Advantages for the full range of company products and services. · The BDO will maintain and update the Key Account Contact Strategy. · To provide relevant information to support company's overall sales and marketing initiatives, including Market potential to support annual sales/churn/customer base target setting process · Competitor's performance analysis · To support Company's overall Sales and marketing communication initiatives · by developing and implementing relevant advertising and promotional activities · Secure business with these Key Accounts to meet the company's Order and Revenue targets. · Will be responsible to work closely with other key internal stakeholders such as Operations, software development, and Finance. · Planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and control of all sales and marketing aspects · In order to achieve core objectives, he/she will be responsible to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory obligations at all times · To work diligently in all aspects of his/her work to ensure that Company meet or exceed company and customer targets. · To comply with standardized design and guidelines of corporate identity to support other parties to be able to communicate it consistently · The BDO will be the customer's champion within Company demanding the highest levels of Customer Service. · Will assist company in developing programmers that improve Company's customer service delivery. · The BDO will ensure that for their Key Accounts the company is following the procedures for Customer Service and the handling of any Customer complaints. · The BDO will assist in collection and analysis of Customer Satisfaction data. · The BDO will agree a KPI with their manager that will target the BDO to develop a skill or knowledge furthering the individual's personal development. Company will aim to support the Individual in achieving this objective.
