| Job Description: |
|
- Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Provide customers with product and service information.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
- Identify,research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
- Follow-upon customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Research billing issues.
- Recognize,document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
