Artistic Sensibility
- Develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues
- Interpreting the client's needs graphically
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of time and client;
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas;
- Should have knowledge and keen sense of typography and its usage and selection
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
Communication Ability
- Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with their team and/or supervisors and making necessary changes.
- Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
- Multi-tasking: graphic designers often work on more than one design brief at a time;
- Producing accurate and high quality work;
Problem Solving Ability
- Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
- Keeping abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs.
- Working well in a team, with other designers, account executives, website designers and developers;
- Working to tight deadlines.

| Skills Required: |

Technical Skills:
- Have knowledge of Web design, internet and digital applications.
- Should be efficient in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe illustrator. Knowledge of other vector and animation softwares like Adobe flash and 3D softwares like Max/ Maya would be a plus.
