JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Finance Executive is responsible for maintaining financial processes, accounting, taxation, audited reports, in order to support our unique business model.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for operational support and manage transactional activities, focusing on General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, AP/AR Processes and Cash Flow Management.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
• Responsible for daily accounting activities required to maintain the Company's general ledger
• Ensures organized maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation
• Makes and implements recommendations to improve financial policies and procedures
• Establish and maintain financial controls
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for Management
• Process employees’ advances and reimbursement requests
• Process petty cash transactions on daily basis & ensure petty cash is replenished on time to meet daily cash needs. •
• Maintain cash book daily with proper reconciliation of closing balances.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow projections and implement budgetary controls
• Establish and maintain good working relations with banks
• Sales tax and Income tax return filling (Online FBR portal)
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy / Finance related, ACCA, CA Finalist
• Min 2 to 3 years’ experience in operational accounting
• Understanding of business processes and financial processes
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and spoken)
• Able to work in high volume and fast pace environment
• Hands on experience with QB and Peachtree will be preferred
