S&P Capital IQ is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join the Technical Product Services (TPS) team. TPS is a global team of client-facing technologists with wide-ranging responsibilities that include client support, product services, and infrastructure support.
This is a night shift role. However, you will be expected to be flexible around working in morning and evening shift as well.
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Software Engineering alongwith minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical product support role.
