|
Create an effective sales and channel strategy for the Solar Magic Box products to rural customer base. This position would encompass not only channel strategy but would have to incorporate financing, distribution channel, service needs and end customers. Position will require a highly motivated, self driven person who can deal with several different types of organizations to develop a complex strategy Duties - Financing sources including but not limited to NGOs, micro finance and normal finance, distribution finance etc.
- Leverage of local distribution channels for other products and services (i.e. mobile, agriculture, etc)
- Hiring and motivating some direct sales personal to work with the distribution channel
- Talk directly to end customers
- Motivate Rural Support Programs like organizations
- Work with donors of the NGOs if needed
- Excellent forecast ability to the factory, so inventory can be managed properly
- Work in partnership with the CEO with the local governments, power providers and other government agencies as needed.
