Facilities, property, safety, or space management Responsible for requisition and maintenance of office equipment including furniture and fixture, telephone system, keys etc. Responsible for printing of office stationery, including envelopes, letterhead, Company employee cards. Communication with internal and external parties administration / office management activities To prepare monthly budget for administrative expenses To manage the Transport for Official use for office and telecom field staff Ticketing for domestics flights General Purchasing for office Vehicle arrangement and fuel Monitoring Office maintenance and store management.
