BTS installation, Swap activity, VSWR testing. Configuration and connections of the BTS cabinet. Site access (site entry), commissioning and troubleshooting. Over all site supervision and check on Riggers and technicians job. Coordination with NOC, customer, and management. Site integration and finalizing routing and cabling. Complete site activity in allocated time. Pictures collection, filling site documentation and double checking the quality of routing. Overall responsible for all activities including of technicians and riggers. Should have at least 1 to 3 years of in-field experience
